Key Holder Services are designed for property owners that want to have a backup plan in place to provide as needed access to their property.  If you are going to be away but want to make sure someone has a way to access your property just in case a need arises.  Providentia Key Holder Services will securely hold your key for a nominal monthly fee and will be available to provide as-needed on demand access to individuals authorized only by you.

Typical situations that arise where owners request access include:

• Unexpected package delivers that need to be taken into the home.  How many times have I inadvertently ordered an Amazon delivery to one of our other properties and had to call our management company to down on the coast to go retrieve it for me?  More than I want to admit, it happens to the best of us!   

• High winds or a storm hits that is more severe than normal and you want someone to go by and check the property.

• Unexpected power outage alert appears on your phone and now you are concerned that everything is okay at home.   Sometimes home systems don't restart the way they were running when they shut off, peace of mind is just a phone call away with Providentia's Key Holder Services.

• Police, Fire, Water/Gas need to check the property status due to possible leak, break in or other issue.

• Access is needed for vendors, contractors, and service technicians or even unexpected family/friends that arrive while you are away.

• Serve as a local point of contact for VRBO/Airbnb and other owner managed rentals.

 

With our Key Holder Services, we securely hold your key in a secured location and only provide access if you request.  We also take care to validate that only the authorized requestor is making the request.  If a situation arises where we are dispatched to access your home them our normal service call fee would apply.
