Providentia Properties Supports Children's Well Being League (CWL) Auction

CWL Gala 2026 - Deerpark at the Biltmore Estate

Giving back and supporting our community is at the heart of what we do. Providentia Properties recently had the pleasure of donating free services to help fund the Children's Well Being League (CWL) annual fundraising auction. The CWL does incredible work for Asheville's children, and we were honored to be a part of this important organization and event.

This year's fundraising gala was held at the beautiful Deerpark Restaurant on the Biltmore Estate here in Asheville, and it certainly did not disappoint. The evening was abuzz with energy and filled with community spirit. Most importantly, the auction was a tremendous success providing much-needed funding support to help CWL meet the needs of children in our community for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

Our own Jessica Martin-Lane has been a proud member of CWL and served on this year's auction committee, so this event and this cause is near and dear to our hearts. Being able to contribute in a meaningful way, and to see the community show up so generously, was genuinely moving.

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our donated concierge services package is Sabrina West of Rate Mortgage. Congratulations, Sabrina! We look forward to working with you and sharing the thoughtful service experience that Providentia Properties strives to provide.
